This weekend’s open air concerts at Knoops Park with Kammerphilharmonie Bremen mark the start of a six-week European tour for Alondra de la Parra.
In August and September, the celebration of the dual German-Mexican Year will take her to Konzerthaus and UdK Berlin and Beethovenfest Bonn with the Bundesjugendorchester, with whom she inaugurated the biannual event in June in Mexico City. Manchester, where she will conduct the BBC Philharmonic, is the final leg of her tour.
In November 2016, Alondra returns to Europe to conduct Swedish Radio Symphony, RSB Berlin as well as Orchestre National d’Île de France.
