On 28 November 2019, organist Christian Schmitt will perform the Japanese premiere of Toshio Hosokawa’s organ concerto “Umarmung” (Embrace) with the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra at Suntory Hall after performances in Bamberg (world premiere), Vienna and Cologne.
