QChamberstream.com.cn to broadcast 2021 Mozartwoche Performances in mainland-China

QChamberstream.com.cn, the only streaming platform available in mainland-China, will present three concerts of the 2021 Mozartwoche in mainland-China, Hong Kong, and Macau. The digital festival which begins February 8, 2021 will bring live-delayed broadcasts from the Mozarteum in Salzburg, filmed as part of Rolando Villazón’s Digital Mozartwoche Festival.

 The performances including a Mozartiade featuring mezzo-soprano, Magdalena Kožená; Thomas Hengelbrock conducting the Balthasar-Neumann Ensemble; and the Quatuor Van Kuijk will be streamed beginning February 8, 2021 and are available for 60-days following their premiere. Tickets are available for CNY 79 for individual concerts, or CNY 158 for all three and payment can be made by AliPay or WeChat Pay. 

QChamberstream.com.cn is a new platform developed as a collaboration between Dorn Music and Bernhard Fleischer Moving Images (bfmi.at) is currently the only streaming service that is available in China and is available to audiences through a Mandarin website, http://qchamberstream.com.cn/.  

QChamberstream.com.cn was recently named the number one platform based on accessibility and quality of production for audiences in mainland-China by Culture and Tourism and the popular Mandarin langauge blog and WeChat channel, Real Music. It is the only platform which allows audiences in mainland-China access on-demand streaming for classical music.
