Trumpet player Tamás Pálfalvi will make his Aspen debut with two performances this summer. On Friday, 5 July 2019, he will perform Antonio Vivaldi’s Double Concerto in G minor for two trumpets (orig. for two violoncellos) on the Flugelhorn together with Stuart Stephenson and the Aspen Chamber Symphony under the baton of Nicholas McGegan. On Thursday, 11 July 2019, he will be heard playing the Corno da Caccia in J. S. Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 in F major, BWV 1047.
